My Health Goals

I learned a long time ago that writing down your goals makes them visible, concrete and important.  I’ll admit that I have not written a goal list in years.

I recently sat down and created a goal list.  It is, as always, subject to the God clause.  Here are the items that fall into the category of health and wellness:

  • Drink 64 Ounces of Water 7 Days in a Row
  • Hold a Plank for 60 Seconds
  • Hold a Plank for 120 Seconds
  • Pull Off 25 “Boy” Push-ups
  • Hold “Tree Pose” for 60 seconds
  • Do 5 consecutive pull-ups
  • Lose 5%
  • Lose 10%
  • Lose 25 pounds
  • Lose 15%
  • Lose 20%
  • Lose 50 pounds
  • Lose 25%
  • Lose 30%
  • Reach my goal weight
  • Start a blog
  • Wear single digit jeans
  • Wear a tankini without a coverup
  • Have toned arms
  • Run 1 mile
  • Run a 5K
  • Run a 10K
  • Complete a Warrior Dash
  • Become a certified scuba diver
  • Finish all 90 days of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
  • Attend FitBloggin
  • Speak publicly about my journey
  • Pay it forward
